I am using a Mac Pro 5.1 2010 model and after the last upgrade to El Capitan 10.11.2 I am getting random restarts while using the mac normally and this is the first time I actually got a report and it seems it's a kernel panic. From what I can gather out of the panic report, it's something related to the usb controller.
I do not have any usb devices connected to the mac, only a firewire drive. I do have a USB3 certified card installed in one of the PCI slots, but I have used this mac on Mavericks and El Capitan 10.11.1 without any issues.
Can someone take a look and let me know if they find out there's actually something worse going on, I am not very familiar with these type of reports. If you insist on modifying the Mac OS X kernel with intrusive add-ons, you will (and are) making it unstable.

I did what you suggested (disconnected the Eizo USB hub) and the problem went away. However I had another crash today while export some videos using Adobe Media Encoder. Here is the Kernel panic.
Any ideas what might be causing this? As far as I can tell it is something related to NVDA which might be the Nvidia drivers of my GTX680 Mac Edition. I am using the latest Nvidia Web drivers instead of the OSX graphic drivers, but again, no issues in the past for years on Mavericks. I get the feeling that the latest 10.11.2 update introduced these issues as I was not having them before at all and I use my Mac Pro up to 16 hours a day.
